Web Spotlight: Autism Internet Module AIM

The AIM project is a collaboration of several organizations with the goal of providing information to parents and professionals supporting learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders ASD. By the time the project is complete AIM will contain over 60 modules on topics including assessment and identification, characteristics, evidence-based practices, transition to adulthood, employment and more. The modules take into consideration adult learning styles and are presented at a universal reading level with activities to support both those who are new to ASD and those who have advanced knowledge on ASD. The site is free but does require you to sign up for a username and password. To find out more information about the AIM Project or to sign up visit www.autisminternetmodules.org.
